• The online store is intended for individuals aged 18 and over.
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.
• All product descriptions and related information are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.
• The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected misuse of personal data, attempted fraud, inaccurate information, or non-compliance with these terms.

• All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT in accordance with EU regulations and the One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme.
• Product prices may be updated without prior notice.
• The price shown at the time of purchase applies to that specific order.
• Promotions and discounts are valid only during the stated promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively.
• Shipping costs are clearly displayed before completing the purchase.

• An order is considered confirmed once the customer receives an email confirmation.
• The contract of sale is deemed concluded at the moment of order confirmation.
• If the ordered product is temporarily unavailable, the customer will be notified and offered either a refund or a replacement product.

• Deliveries are handled by authorized courier partners.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 3–7 business days

  • Poland: 3–6 business days

  • Czech Republic: 3–6 business days

  • International (non-EU): 7–21 business days depending on customs and local delivery services

• The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties, customs procedures, or force majeure.

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

• In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect information, reshipping fees may apply.

• The customer is required to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
• If the package arrives damaged, the customer must notify the seller within 48 hours via email: info@nutrilago.com or through the contact form available on our website.
• Photos of the damaged product and packaging are required for the complaint to be processed.
• In the event of a valid complaint, the seller will offer: a replacement, a reshipment, or a refund.

Right of Withdrawal:

• The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order.
• To exercise this right, the customer must send a written notice of withdrawal by email to: info@nutrilago.com.
• The withdrawal period is respected if the notice is sent before the 14-day period expires.

Return Conditions:

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of opened products are not accepted.
• The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
• • To request a refund or exercise the right of withdrawal, customers should notify us by email at info@nutrilago.com or through the contact form available on our website, within 14 days of receiving the order.
• The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, or via direct bank transfer to the customer’s account.
• If the shipment was not collected and returned, the seller may deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount.

• Gift vouchers are available in denominations of €50 and €100.
• The voucher becomes active upon successful payment.

Validity Period:

• Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• After the expiry date, the voucher becomes invalid and cannot be extended.

Usage Terms:
 

• The voucher can be used for a single order only.
• Any unused balance is non-refundable and cannot be carried over.
• If the total order value exceeds the voucher amount, the customer must pay the difference using another payment method.
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are not replaceable in case of loss or theft.

All written complaints will be acknowledged and answered within 15 days of receipt.

In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction shall be determined by the court chosen by the seller or the court with jurisdiction based on the seller’s registered office.
